What's in Alpha Vitality?+
Per 3-capsule serving: 200 mg magnesium (oxide), 30 mg zinc (oxide), 750 mg Tribulus Terrestris fruit, 75 mg Chrysin, 50 mg each of Horny Goat Weed, Longjack (Eurycoma longifolia), Saw Palmetto, Hawthorn and Cissus Quadrangularis. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule, rice flour, magnesium stearate.
Does it contain Vitamin D3 or Boron?+
No. Alpha Vitality does not contain Vitamin D3, boron, fenugreek, maca, KSM-66® ashwagandha or Fadogia Agrestis. If you want Vitamin D3, use a dedicated D3 supplement.
How and when do I take it?+
3 capsules at bedtime.
Will it raise my testosterone?+
Alpha Vitality is a traditional botanical & mineral formula. It does not contain hormones. Effects of traditional male-vitality botanicals vary by individual and baseline. It is not TRT.
Are the mineral forms optimal?+
The formula uses magnesium oxide and zinc oxide. These are common, well-established mineral forms; more absorbable chelated forms (bisglycinate, citrate) exist but are not what this formula uses. Choose accordingly if bioavailability is your priority.
