Sleep is architecture, not duration
Time in bed is not the same as time in deep slow-wave sleep. Deep Recovery is engineered to extend the restorative phases that matter for hormonal repair, immune function and cognitive consolidation.
Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions and a key modulator of GABA receptors. The bisglycinate form is ~20× more bioavailable than oxide, and the glycine itself promotes deeper slow-wave sleep by lowering core body temperature.
KSM-66® Ashwagandha
A standardised root extract that reduces evening cortisol — the hormone most responsible for late-night wakeups and shallow sleep. Lopresti et al. (2019) showed a ~23% reduction in serum cortisol after 60 days.
GABA, L-Theanine and Valerian
GABA is the brain's primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. L-Theanine raises alpha-wave activity (calm without sedation). Valerian root traditionally supports sleep onset. Together they downshift the nervous system without flattening REM.
Low-dose Melatonin
0.3 mg is closer to a physiological signal than the 3–10 mg most products use. It aligns circadian timing without leaving you groggy.
